Sugar prices softened by Rs 10 per quintal in the national capital today following ample supply.
Market analysts said despite good buying support, ample supply mainly pulled down sugar prices.
Sugar ready medium and second grade prices eased by Rs 10 each to Rs 2,970-3,100 and Rs 2,950-3,080 per quintal, respectively.
Mill delivery medium and second grade also fell by Rs 10 each to Rs 2,740-2,900 and Rs 2,725-2,865 per quintal, respectively.
