Quiet conditions developed at the wholesale sugar market of the national capital today following sporadic buying amid restricted supply.
Marketmen said, small buying support against adequate stocks position held sugar prices.
Following are today's rates in Rs per quintal:
Sugar ready M-30 2,975-3,100 and S-30 2,965-3,090.
Mill delivery M-30 2,780-3,000 and S-30 2,770-2990.
Sugar mill gate prices (excluding duty): Kinonni 3,060, Asmoli 3,070, Mawana 2,980, Titabi 2,970, Thanabhavan 2,950, Budhana 2,960 and Dorala 2,980.
