Tara Jewels up 5% for third day in a row on mutual fund buying

IDFC Mutual Fund bought 986,000 shares representing 4% stake in Tara Jewels at price of Rs 89 per share.

Tara Jewels is locked in upper circuit for third day in a row, up 5% at Rs 102 after IDFC Mutual Fund acquired 4% stake in the company through open market on Tuesday.

On February 18, 2014 IDFC Mutual Fund purchased 246,000 shares of Tara Jewels at Rs 89 per share in a bulk deal on BSE.
The mutual fund bought 740,000 shares of the company at Rs 89 per share in a bulk deal on NSE, the bulk deal data shows.

Collectively IDFC Mutual Fund bought 986,000 shares representing 4% stake in Tara Jewels. Db International Asia sold 335,000 shares at Rs 89.02 per share in a bulk deal on NSE on Tuesday, 18 February 2014.

 
 
A combined 11,776 shares changed hands on the counter so far and there are pending buy orders for around 17,000 shares on the BSE and NSE at 1015 hours.
