The NSE Nifty is down 33 points at 4,309.
Jaiprakash Associates is up 3% to Rs 161. Tata Steel and BHEL have gained 2% each at Rs 668 and Rs 1,712. HDFC has advanced 1.6% to Rs 2,314. L&T and Infosys are up 1.4% at Rs 2,640 and Rs 1,606 respectively.
Reliance Communications has slumped 11.7% to Rs 441.
Maruti has plunged 3.5% to Rs 554. DLF has tumbled 2.3% to Rs 497. Hindustan Unilever has lost around 2% at Rs 235.
ITC and Tata Power have shed around 1.8% each at Rs 184 and Rs 1,140, respectively.
Ranbaxy, Tata Motors, Bharti Airtel, Sterilite and Wipro are the other losers.
