Tecpro Systems rallies on strong order book positions

The company said it has received an order worth of Rs 140 crore from the West Bengal Power Development Corporation .

Tecpro Systems has rallied 7% to Rs 160 after the company said that it has booked orders worth of Rs 2,300 crore so far in current financial year, compared to Rs 1,638 crore during the same period last year.

Meanwhile, the company said that it has received an order worth of Rs 140 crore from the West Bengal Power Development Corporation for supply of ash handling plant turnkey package for Sagardighi Thermal Power Extension Project, phase II, units 3 & 4 (2X500 MW) along with erection and other related services.

The company has total order book positions at about Rs 4,500 crore till date, it added.

 

The stock opened at Rs 152 and touched high of Rs 163 on the NSE. The counter has seen five–fold jump in trading volumes with a combined 246,000 shares have changing hands on the counter so far.
