TI Diamond Chains (TIDC), a unit of Murugappa Group's Tube Investments of India Limited (TII), has expanded the production capacity at its Hyderabad unit with an investment of Rs 30 crore. With the expanded facility in Hyderabad, the company's production capacity for two-wheeler automotive chains would go up by 20 per cent, according to a company press release.
“The expanded facility in Hyderabad will enable TI Diamond to meet the growing demand from its auto customers, with much higher levels of quality and reliability,” said MM Murugappan, vice-chairman of Murugappa Group and chairman of TII.
