The company gained 10 per cent on Friday to close at Rs 60.8, after touching a high of Rs 64.2. Over 1.54 lakh shares were traded on the BSE.
 
The stock has gained 41 per cent during the past month. The stock has seen strong buying interest off late. Recently, the company board gave nod to an issue of FCCBs up to $20 million.
 
Moreover, the investment limit for FIIs has been increased to 49 per cent. The company's products are marketed under the Friday's brand in the domestic as well as international markets.
 
For the June FY07 quarter, the company posted a 37 per cent fall in net profit to Rs 2.02 crore from Rs 3.21 crore in the previous June quarter.
