Weak trends in futures trade and increased arrivals from producing belts also put pressure on the prices. Turmeric prices declined by Rs 100 to conclude at Rs 15,900-18,800 per quintal.
Jeera common and jeera best quality also fell by Rs 100 each to conclude at Rs 12,200-12,400 and Rs 13,600-14,100 per quintal.
