Shares of UFO Moviez India listed at Rs 600, a discount of 4% to its issue price of Rs 625 on the National Stock Exchange (NSE).

UFO Moviez, which offers a digital distribution platform for distributors and exhibitors, had raised Rs 600 crore from its Initial Public Offer (IPO). The company will use the cash flows to retire its debt.
The company raised Rs 180 crore by selling 2.88 million shares to 10 so-called anchor investors at Rs 625 per share. Investors who participated in this round included Reliance Mutual Fund, State Bank of India Mutual Fund, Kotak Mahindra Mutual Fund, inebridge Global Funds, Jupiter South Asia, Amundi Funds, Ashmore SICAV and Bharti AXA Life Insurance.
