Unity Infra gains 5% on winning new orders

Unity Infraprojects has gained 5% at Rs 28.50 in early trades on reports that the company has received new orders worth Rs 139 crore.

The first order amounting to Rs 88 crore is from the ECGC of India for the construction of corporate office and residential accommodations at ECGC's plot of land in Andheri (E) Mumbai. The said project is to be completed within a period of 24 months.

The second order is from construction of second office building of National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) at plot no. G-3, sector 10, Dwarka, New Delhi by NHAI. The project is valued at Rs 51 crore, the company said in a filing to the stock exchanges.

A combined volume of 5,000 shares have changed hands in opening deals on both the stock exchanges.
