Update: Akruti City ends down 28% on F&O ban

Akruti City finally settled with a hefty loss of nearly 28% at Rs 1,608. The counter saw trades of around 27 lakh shares so far on the BSE today.

Akruti City continues to languish at lower levels and is still down almost 25% at Rs 1,675. The counter has seen trades of around 16.57 lakh shares so far (1250 hrs) on the BSE.

Akruti City today nose-dived to a low of Rs 1,595 in early trades following the NSE order of banning it from the derivatives segment.

The stock in the last nine trading days had skyrocketed by 152% from Rs 885 to Rs 2,228 yesterday.

However, this morning at 1030 hrs the stock trades at Rs 1,657, down 25.6% from its previous close. Around eight lakh shares have changed hands at the counter on the BSE so far.
