Upmove continues, Sensex gains 118pts

The Sensex is now up 118 points at 12,471.

HDFC has rallied over 3% to Rs 1,485.

TCS has advanced 2.3% to Rs 1,069. Bajaj Auto, Wipro, Reliance Communciations, Reliance and Infosys are up around 1.5% each at Rs 3,119, Rs 538, Rs 343, Rs 1,161 and Rs 2,011, respectively.

Maruti, SBI and Tata Steel have added 1.3% each to Rs 947, Rs 1,018 and Rs 513, respectively.

HLL has slipped 1% to Rs 233.

Out of 2,472 stocks traded so far, 1,330 have advanced, 1,078 have advanced and the rest are unchanged.
