Upmove continues... Sensex up 630pts

The Sensex is now up 630 points at 19,792.

Wipro has zoomed 8% to Rs 531. Infosys has soared nearly 6% to Rs 1,798. TCS and Satyam have surged over 5% each to Rs 1,100 and Rs 450, respectively.

HDFC has rallied 6% to Rs 2,888. Tata Steel and ONGC have gained over 4.5% each to Rs 863 and Rs 1,245, respectively.

ICICI Bank and BHEL have moved up 4.4% each to Rs 1,208 and Rs 2,472, respectively.

Bharti Airtel has advanced over 4% to Rs 952. Reliance Energy and Mahindra & Mahindra have added 3.8% each to Rs 2,015 and Rs 815, respectively.

HDFC Bank is up 2.7% at Rs 1,691.

Out of 2,916 stocks traded so far, 2,026 have advanced, 853 have declined and 37 are unchanged.
