Prices of Urad dal and wheat went up, while rest all other commodities remained unaltered in the wholesale foodgrains market here today.
Urad dal rose by Rs 200 to Rs 6,400 from yesterday's rate of Rs 6,200.
Wheat jumped by Rs 50 to 1,850 from the previous close of Rs 1,800.
Following are today's wholesale rates per quintal:
Thoor dal Rs 6,600, urad dal Rs 6,400, moong dal Rs 6,800, gram dal Rs 2,900, sugar Rs 2,750, wheat Rs 1,850, maida (90 kgs) Rs 1,700 and sooji (90 kgs) Rs 1,800.
