US indices end mixed, MTNL drops 4%

US indices finished mixed on Tuesday with the Nasdaq ruling firm for the seventh consecutive trading session. As a result, the Nasdaq added five points to 2,062 while the Dow Jones lost 20 points to close at 10,504.

Indian ADRs continues with its mixed outing yesterday. While Infosys and Satyam ended in the red at $68 and $23.81 respectively, Wipro remained unchanged at $19.82.

MTNL dropped 3.91% to $6.15, while HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank lost a per cent each to $42.30 and $19.37, respectively. Tata Motors, however, moved up 2.42% to $10.14. While VSNL gained 1.78% to $9.72, Dr. Reddy's was up a notch at $15.87.
