US stocks advanced marginally on Thursday as investors bought beaten-down technology and commodity shares and while a encouraging broker comment on Goldman Sachs helped the financial sector to rise.
The Indian ADRs ended on a positive note. Genpact slipped marginally to $11.20 and Tata Communications added 1.40% to $18.85.
Tata Motors advanced around 4% to $7.92 and Infosys was up 0.5% to $34.49.
Patni Computers gained 1% at $10.10 .HDFC Bank increased around 2% to $93.08
