US markets end lower

The US markets ended in the red in the wake of caution expressed by the Cisco CEO John Chambers on the job market front. The Dow closed at  10782.95 down by 114 points or 1.05%, NASDAQ  closed at 2394.36 down by 30.66 points or 1.26%, S & P ended at 1157.44, down by 14.23 points or 1.21%.

The Indian ADRs were mixed. Sterlite ended at $16, weaker by $0.38 or 2.32%, Dr Reddy's ended at $28, lower by $0.50 or 1.76% and ICICI closed at $41, down by $41 down by $0.28 points or 0.68%

Infosys shut shop at $60, higher by $0.12 or $0.2%  and Patni closed at $27, up by  $0.51 or 1.93%.
