US markets gained on Tuesday on hopes of an economic recovery suggested by the economic data.
The Dow added 34 points to 9,320. The Nasdaq was flat at 2,011.
Indian ADRs were, however, mixed.
Mahindra Satyam soare 7.5% to $5.8. Tata Motors gained 4% at $11.8. Infosys was up 1% at $44.95.
Meanwhile, Genpact tumbled 7.5% to $12.97. Patni Computers shed 5% at $14.66.
Sterlite dropped 3% to $13.88. Tata Communications slipped 1.5% to $20.77.
