US markets had a mixed day on Wednesday following the US Federal Open Markets Committee's decision that interest rates will not be changed.
The Dow slipped 11 points to 10,441. The Nasdaq added six points to 2,207.
Indian ADRs were up. Wipro surged 7% to $21.47. Tata Motors gained 2.5% at $15.52.
Infosys and Dr Reddy's added over 2% to $54.43 and $24.92, respectively.
However, Satyam Computers slipped 1% to $4.94.
