US markets slip after three days

US markets slipped marginally on Thursday even as positive stimulus came in the form of strong housing data numbers. The Dow dropped eight points to 9,784. The Nasdaq edged down six points to 2,127.

Indian ADRs were mixed.

ICICI Bank tumbled 3% to $35.75. Sterlite dropped 2.5% to $15.74 while Mahindra Satyam slipped 1.5% to $6.54.

On the other hand, Patni Computers gained 3% at $18.52. Wipro added 2% to $17.08.

Infosys and Tata Communications moved up 1% each.
