The US markets tumbled for the third week in a row as disappointing earnings and forecasts from eBay, Citigroup and others, coupled with spike in oil prices, triggered the downfall. While Dow Jones dropped 78 points to 10,393, the Nasdaq lost 12 points to close at 2,034.

Indian ADRS, however, had a mixed outing on the US bourses yesterday. While Satyam and Wipro ended with marginal gains at $22 and $20.95 respectively, Infosys slipped a per cent to close at $61.58.

HDFC Bank soared 6.57% to $41.84 as its second issue of ADS was fixed at $39.26 yesterday. ICICI Bank, Dr. Reddy's and VSNL, however, ended with marginal losses at $18.88, $17.17 and $9.50, respectively.
