Wall St ends higher for fourth straight day

The Wall Street ended higher for the fourth straight day, with the Dow advancing over 9% in the week. On Friday, the Dow Jones industrial average index gained 54 points at 7,224. The Nasdaq added five points to 1,432.

The Indian ADRs mostly ended on a positive note - Tata Communications zoomed 9% to $18.37. Dr.Reddy's soared 6% to $18.37. Sterlite and HDFC Bank rallied nearly 4% each to $5.42 and $53.19, respectively. Genpact and Wipro were up nearly 3% each at $8.17 and $6.24, respectively.

However, MTNL dropped 5.5% to $2.25, and Patni Computers declined 3% to $5.08.
