The Wall Street ended in red after a positive start yesterday amid economic worries. The Dow Industrial Average slipped 73 points to 8,871. The Nasdaq declined 31 points to 1,617.
The Indian ADRs, however, ended mostly up. Patni Computers zoomed 10% to $6.40, and Sterlite soared over 7% to $5.25. Wipro and ICICI Bank surged over 4.5% each to $8.20 and $19.01, respectively. Infosys advanced over 2% to $27.30, and Tata Motors added 1.5% to $4.49.
On the other hand, Tata Communications shed 4.7% at $19.71. Genpact was down over 1% at $7.98.
