The Wall Street ended with gains on Wednesday on the back of a late rally in the market. The Dow Industrial Average index gained 173 points at 8,592. The Nasdaq moved up 43 points to 1,492.
Indian ADRs ended mostly with smart gains. Sterlite and Tata Communications surged nearly 7% each to $4.70 and $16.29, respectively. ICICI Bank rallied 5.6% to $13.94. Satyam, Wipro and HDFC Bank were up around 2% each. On the other hand, Tata Motors plunged 6.6% to $4.10, and Genpact slipped 1.6% to $7.50.
