Wall St moves up; ADRs end mixed

The Wall Street moved up on Monday as crude oil prices continued to fall for the sixth day in a row. The Dow Jones industrial average gained 48 points at 11,782. The Nasdaq added 26 points to 2,440.

The Indian ADRs ended on a mixed note. Satyam surged 2.5% to $23.78, and Wipro gained 1.8% at $11.66. ICICI Bank and Tata Communications advanced 1.5% each to $35.67 and $21.38, respectively.

On the other hand, Sterlite slumped 6% to $14.06. Patni Computers slipped nearly 1% to $11.15.
