Wall St moves up; ADRs gain

The US indices ended with gains on Monday following positive comments on the technology sector by the brokers. The Dow Jones industrial average moved up 42 points to 12,319. The Nasdaq added 15 points to 2402.

Indian ADRs ended with gains. Patni Computers soared nearly 4% to $22.17. Satyam surged nearly 3% to $22.81. Wipro and ICICI Bank advanced over 1% each to $16.20 and $40.27, respectively.
