Wall St moves up; ADRs sizzle

The Dow Jones industrial average moved up 68 points to 12,261. The Nasdaq added 13 points to 2388.

Indian ADRs ended with sizzling gains. HDFC Bank, VSNL and MTNL soared around 5% each to $67.38, $17 and $6.55, respectively. Infosys, Satyam, Wipro, ICICI Bank, Tata Motors and Dr.Reddy's surged 3-4% each.
