The Wall Street rallied smartly on Friday with the key indices gaining around 3% each. The Dow Industrial Average index surged almost 3% (258 points) to 9,035. The Nasdaq soared 3.5% (55 points) to 1,632.
Indian ADRs, too, ended with smart gains. HDFC Bank soared 7.5% to $76.73, and ICICI Bank zoomed 7% to $20.61. Tata Motors surged 6.5% to $4.74. Infosys, Sterlite, Wipro, MTNL and Dr.Reddy's gained 2-4% each.
