Wall St rallies; ADRs soar

The Dow Jones industrial average surged 90 points to 12,284. The Nasdaq advanced 35 points at 2448.

The Indian ADRs ended on a sizzling note. Tata Motors soared 4.7% to $19.79. Infosys surged 2.7% to $54.42. Satyam, Wipro, MTNL and VSNL were up 1-2% each.
