Wall St recovers on late buying; ADRs weak

Ths US indices recovered partially on the back of fresh buying in late trades yesterday. The Dow Jones industrial average ended with a loss of 45 points at 12,214, off from the day's low of 12,032. The Nasdaq rebounded into the positive zone and was up two points at close of 2,260. The index had dropped to a low of 2,221.

Indian ADRs, however, ended on a weak note. Tata Communications and ICICI Bank slumped around 7% each to $23.20 and $46.91, respectively. Infosys, Genpact, Sterlite, Tata Motors and Dr.Reddy's dropped 2-4% each.
