Wall St slips; ADRs drop

The Wall Street slipped on Thrusday on the back of lower than expected earnings from Exxon. The Dow Jones industrial average shed 206 points at 11,378. The Nasdaq was down four points at 2,326.

Indian ADRs, too, ended on a weak note. MTNL dropped 3.7% to $4.93. Sterlite and Dr.Reddy's shed 3% each at $14.31 and $13.47, respectively. Tata Communications slipped 2.7% to $20.50, and HDFC Bank declined 2.5% to $78.18. Wipro, however, gained 1% at $11.26.
