The Wall Street ended on a weak note on Thursday. The Dow Industrial Average index shed 215 points at 8,376. The Nasdaq dropped 47 points to 1,446.
Indian ADRs, too, ended on a mixed note. Satyam slumped 7% to $11.76, and Wipro plunged 6.5% to $6.37. Infosys and Genpact tumbled 5.5% each to $22.89 and $7.08, respectively. MTNL slipped 3.7% to $2.92, and Patni Computers declined 3% to $5.53.
On the other hand, Tata Motors surged 5.6% to $4.33. Sterlite and Dr.Reddy's gained almost 3% each at $4.84 and $9.34, respectively. Tata Communications advanced 1.3% to $16.50.
