Wall Street ends flat; Oil soars 3%

The Wall Street ended on a flat note. The Dow Jones finished unchanged at 11,076, and the Nasdaq was up five points at 2267. The US crude oil futures for April delivery soared over 3% ($1.81) to settle at $61.77 a barrel on the NYMEX.

The Nikkei has gained 19 points at 16,380. The Hang Seng has moved up 62 points to 15,548.

Among the Indian ADRs - Satyam surged 2.5% to $40.90. MTNL rallied 1.8% to $7.47 - were the only significant gainers yesterday.
