Wall Street ends mixed

The Dow Jones industrial average was down 48 points to 12,738. The Nasdaq was up five points at 2518.

Indian ADRs, too, ended on a mixed note. ICICI Bank advanced 1.7% to $45.32. Patni Computers gained 1% at $22.91. Dr.Reddy's and MTNL slipped nearly 2% each to $16.95 and $6.41, respectively. Infosys and Satyam were down 1% each at $59.81 and 423.31, respectively.
