Wall Street sags; Indian ADRs shine

The Nikkei has rallied 159 points to 16,195. The Hang Seng is almost flat at 15,521 - up 11 points.

The Dow Jones slipped 33 points to 10,972. The Nasdaq declined 18 points to 2250. The US crude oil futures for April delivery rose 45 cents to settle at $60.47 a barrel on the NYMEX.

The Indian ADRs finished mostly with gains. Dr.Reddy's surged 3.3% to $29.55. Infosys, ICICI Bank and VSNL advanced over 1% each to $69.09, $29.42 and $16.26, respectively. HDFC Bank, however, dropped over 2% to $52.48.
