The Kishore Biyani promoted Pantaloon Retail, which is now called Future Group, has been in the news for quite some time for initiatives such as expansion of retail stores, tying up with Videocon for appliances and the appointment of Kailash Bhatia, formerly managing director and CEO of ColorPlus Fashions.
The company plans to add about 26 million sq ft retail space in the next two years across its lifestyle and value stores in India.
