Foreign investors suffering large drawdowns in their emerging markets is the factor that has led to sharp selling in Indian equities as well, according to DEVARSH VAKIL, deputy head of retail research at HDFC Securities. In an interview with Harshita Singh, Vakil, however, says that in the long term, he expects large portfolio flows to enter the domestic markets as endowments and pension funds rebalance their portfolios.
