Zinc down 0.4% on profit-booking

Firm trend in base metals pack including copper at LME restricted the fall

Zinc futures for March traded lower by 45 paise, or 0.41%, to Rs 109.45 per kg, in 1,178 lots.

At the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX),  the April contract shed 40 paise, or 0.36% to Rs 110.40 per kg in 45 lots.

However, a firm trend in the base metals pack including copper at the London Metal Exchange (LME) restricted the fall.
