The long awaited Bajajs full faird 200cc sports bike has finally confirmed its name as RS200. Bajaj claims the Pulsar RS 200 to be the fastest Pulsar ever. The RS200 has stunning looks with two bold HID projector lamps forming the eyes of the bike. The eyebrow work is done by the two sleek daytime LEDs fitted above the HID bulbs. The styling work done looks above the competition. Along with this attractive front the bike has a muscular fuel tank bulging out of its body. The rear LED lights hold inverse 7 digit styling which throws a sparkling red light into you eyes. It is truly going to be an eye catcher. The bike will be 2060mm long and 750mm wide with a decent height of 165mm. The Pulsar RS 200 weighs 151kgs approximately with a fuel tank of 12 litres. Overall style of the bike looks sporty.
The RS200 will be bearing the same engine as the Pulsar NS. It will have triple-spark 199.5cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine. This engine will produce 24bhp at 9,500 rpm and 18.6Nm of torque at 8,000 rpm, and will be paired to a six-speed transmission.
Some additional features are the front and rear disc brakes of the butterfly type. The company also claims that the bike will be more fuel efficient and low in emission. Some dealers have already started taking bookings at RS 200. If launched as per expected dates, the bikes should be seen on road by the month of April. The expected price for RS200 will be approximately Rs 5,000-7,000 more than the existing model. So bikers, be ready to welcome the fastest Pulsar in India.
