At least 13 people have died in Pakistan after the deadly 7.7 magnitude earthquake hit Afghanistan's Hindu Kush region, sending tremors to northern India.
According to the Express Tribune, all military hospitals in Pakistan are on high alert.
The Pakistan Army rescue teams departed for quick assessment of damage and loss of property caused by the earthquake, DG ISPR Asim Bajwa tweeted.
A state of emergency has been declared in hospitals across Peshawar.
However, Pakistan's Meteorological Department has said the earthquake measured 8.1 on the Richter scale.
