The Alicia Silverstone, Paul Rudd and Donald Faison starrer 1995 hit 'Clueless' might have had a different set of actors.

ABC News quoted casting director Marcia Ross, as saying that there were some big names, who almost made it for the famous movie.

'Avengers' star Jeremy Renner was close to getting the part of Travis, the skater, who eventually finds love. The part was eventually played by Breckin Meyer. Similarly, the role of Amber was offered to Sarah Michelle Gellar, but the 'Buffy' star couldn't hop onboard due to previous contracts, and hence, Elisa Donovan was signed.

Terrence Howard too was attached to play the role of Murray, but Donald Faison essayed it instead.
