At least 22 people lost their lives in two separate road accidents which took place in Himachal Pradesh on Saturday.
In the first accident, at least nine people, including the driver and conductor of the bus, were killed while 20 others injured after a state bus en-route to Tharoch fell into a gorge near Bajroli Bridge in Theog sub-division of Himachal Pradesh's Shimla district.
The HRTC bus was on its way to Tharoch from Chopal when the tragedy struck. The cause of the accident is has not been ascertained.
The injured have been rushed to a hospital.
In other accident, at least 13 people were killed and one other injured when a jeep fell from a cliff near Bada Kamba on Chaura-Kamba link road in Kinnaur District.
Twelve people died on the spot and another person died on his way to the hospital. The lone survivor of the accident jumped out of the vehicle.

The injured has been admitted to local government hospital at Bhavanagar.
It is reported that the 14 occupants of the vehicle were returning late last night after leaving a newly wedded woman at her in-laws' place when the tragedy struck.
