3,20,000 customers' data of TWC stolen

American cable telecommunications company, Time Warner Cable (TWC), has said that around 3,20,000 customers' email passwords have been stolen.

According to Reuters, the company's spokesperson confirmed that some customers' email addresses including account passwords 'may have been compromised.'

The company is sending emails to customers to change their email passwords.

Headquartered in New York City, TWC which operates in 29 states is the second largest cable company in the U.S. in revenue behind only Comcast.
