Rapper 50 Cent, who has been charged for injuring an unidentified former girlfriend and destroying 7,100 dollars in property during an argument, has denied the claims.
The lawyer of the 37-year-old said on Thursday that the Queens-born rapper, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, has not been arrested and there is no warrant outstanding for his arrest, the New York Daily News reported.
New York lawyer Scott Leemon said that he already has contacted the Los Angeles City Attorney's Office in connection with the five criminal charges filed Wednesday.
He said that the yare currently conducting their own investigation into these allegations.
