50 Cent can get sued for posting a sex tape to his web site featuring the former girlfriend of a rival.
A judge has ruled that there was compelling evidence that 50 Cent had posted the video, and it nearly drove Lastonia Leviston to suicide, the New York Post reported.
The video, which was picked up by multiple websites, was viewed almost 4 million times.
The 38-year-old rapper had allegedly bought the racy home video from Leviston's former boyfriend Maurice Murray.
Leviston had claimed that the 'Candy Shop' hitmaker had promised to destroy the footage.
50 Cent had blurred out Leviston's lover's face, but had left hers recognizable and edited his alter ego 'Pimpin' Curly' into the video, while he dubbed Leviston a "call girl" named Brooke in the spot.
