50 Cent's massive estate in Farmington now has a buyer and it will be turned into an assisted living facility of 52 rooms.

Sources revealed that the house has been sold for eight million dollars, which is 10.5 million dollars lesser than 40-year-old rapper's original listing price almost a decade ago, reports TMZ.com.

The 21-bedroom, 25-bath estate mansion was first put up on the market in 2007 for 18.5 million dollars.

The 50,000 square foot home had been a huge financial burden for the bankrupt rapper, costing around 70,000 dollars per month for maintenance.
