At least 68 members of six terrorist groups, including four women cadres on Monday surrendered before Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh.
Reportedly, Singh had earlier welcomed talks between former militant groups leaders with interlocutor in New Delhi.
According to Singh, former director of the Intelligence Bureau Debendra Sharma, has started talks with those who have come over ground in the Manipur to settle their issues like the demand for homeland and rehabilitation.
