With more than 50 artists from the Bollywood music fraternity jamming together on a single platform experimenting with more than six genres of Bollywood music , the festival is evaluated at Rs. 50 crore with an envisaged footfall of over 30,000 fans over two days.
With its' credibility built on the pillars of massive audience patronage and some of the most adept artists of our times, the festival will tour UAE, Africa, UK, Europe and USA over the next five years and establish itself as a frontrunner in the Bollywood music festival arena across the globe by launching in high potential markets.
Deepak Choudhary, Founder and Director of Event Capital states, "India today celebrates over 20 music festivals in the electronic and Indie music space, and Bollywood music acts are now a regular feature in these festivals. That got us thinking, and we questioned about why does Bollywood not have a festival of its own? When 67 percent of music streams across streaming platforms is Bollywood, and Ticketmaster data worldwide shows us that Bollywood concerts are top sellers from Wembley to Vancouver, we felt that it was a need gap that has to be filled. When TM Talent Management approached us with the idea, we saw merit through our scale lens and decided this is the next big thing in music: Bollywood presented in a festival format in an alternative and experimental culture. Moreover, it makes great concept and business sense for us as a part of our core business of live event IPs."
