Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje on Tuesday announced the implementation of 7th Pay Commission recommendations for the state government employees.
Rajasthan government employees will get salary hike and revised allowances under the 7th Pay Commission.
The 7th pay commission recommendations which will be implemented from October will benefit more than 12 lakh state government employees and pensioners.
"I announced to implement 7th Pay Commission's recommendations while presenting the 2017-18 budget. I am glad that this is being implemented by October," the Chief Minister said in a statement.
The Chief Minister also extended greetings to the state employees and the nation on the occasion of Dhanteras, while wishing for atmosphere of harmony and prosperity across the nation.
