The Delhi Police on Friday arrested Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Surinder Singh in connection with the assault on a NDMC worker.
Earlier, the Patiala House Court had rejected Surinder Singh's anticipatory bail plea.
Surinder Singh was booked for allegedly assaulting a worker of New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC) and for making derogatory remarks against him.
